a) distributions where glibc was built
If glibc doesn't compile/work on some GNU/Linux distribution, then it
is probobly the distribution that is broken and not glibc.
b) the compilers used to build glibc on those distributions, and
versions of those compilers.

c) what configure flags were used, and what environment was used.
