Some of them are only required for GCC 3.4, since 3.4 changes the
built-in macros that identify ABIs such that _MIPS_SIM_ABI32 is no
longer defined for o32.  While fixing that, I figured I'd better stop
relying on GCC-internal macro names and follow the ABI macro names to
the letter.
