EUC-KR and WON SIGN

I digged up KS X 2901 (formerly KS C 5861 : Korean Unix Environment) and
found that the code set 0 for EUC(-KR) is defined as US-ASCII in principle
(although it could be replaced by KS X 1003 with HALF-WIDTH WON SIGN in
place of BACK SLASH). In light of both this standard document and what
people actually use under Unix/X11, I'd say mapping \0x5c in EUC-KR to
and from U005C  can be pretty much justified.
