After compiling with:
/opt/gcc-2.95/bin/g++ atoll.c -D_GNU_SOURCE
I got:

Test passed.
I compiled my glibc with 2.95.1 - but without -fexeception. If you
encounter problems with glibc 2.1.2pre3 and 2.95.1, you should report
them.
