Thank you for taking the time to look over my report. 

For my purposes, adding `drop = yes` works perfectly well. I appreciate your
reasoning about wanting the user to be affirmative in dropping nodes from the
ABIXML output, so as long as `drop = yes` is documented as being _required_ for
dropping nodes when using `abidw` I would have no complaints.
