    Makefile: Run the subdirectory recursion in parallel

added:

$(elf-objpfx)ld.so $(elf-objpfx)sofini.os $(elf-objpfx)interp.os: \
  | elf/subdir_lib ;

which may not be compatible with subdirs=DIR where DIR doesn't have elf.
