I tracked down the commit applied to glibc-2.43, applied it to glibc-2.42 and
rebuilt iconv and iconvconfig.

The rebuilt iconv still does not display all of the available character sets
unless /usr/lib/gconv/gconv-modules.d/gconv-modules-extra.conf is an actual
file rather than a symlink to a loop mounted squashfs package.

Am I missing something or does the commit change more than just iconv and
(possibly) iconvconfig?
