Behavoiur of aio_error on an aiocb which was not submitted.

hi,

As of now the aio_error on an aiocb which is not submitted, is like
undefined (since it depends on how the aiocb got initialized with). But 
from the man pages, it should return -EINVAL.

Should this be corrected ? or is it the expected behaviour ?
