FYI,

I've not had any luck with the problem of PR's with renamed categories. 
  However, I've had a little luck with the web interface:

- mozilla users should find that the `send e-mail to interested parties' 
link no longer contains half the subject line

- a `add note' link has been added allowing you to send an e-mail for a 
PR without fighting `send e-mail to interested parties'.
