How long to leave a PR in feedback?

Policy question for Andrew C ...

When I put a PR into 'feedback' state, and the originator does not reply,
how long should I wait before changing the PR to 'closed'?

I am using a timeout of 30 days.  I hope that is okay.

(Also, starting with the next sunday project report, I will include
the # of PR's in each state, so we can start tracking them).
