[ECOS] installation error

hi all

please check this installation error and tell me about its possible solution:

sh ecos-instll.tcl


Please select a directory for installation
[Default /opt/ecos]: /opt/ecos
---------------------------------------------------------
Available prebuilt GNU tools:


*** ecos-install.tcl error: *** ecos-install.tcl error: can't read "ecos_install::toolchains(CYGWIN_NT-6.1)": no such element in array
