[ECOS] char array size limit

Hello ECOS World:
Is there any limit on array size in ecos.
I created a static array of size 178K (unsigned char
page_0 = {xx,xx,xx,...,xx,xx}). The boot flash on
board is 512K. The redboot.bin created is 448K. But
the system never boots up whenever i use this array
for any operation in the code. Is there anyway I can
fix this problem.
