[ECOS] relative path options

I don't know if I understood your problem in this part correctly, but what I
gather is that for other developer also the paths referrals are from your
repository, and all of you guys sharing same machine. each of you should set and
export ECOS_REPOSITORY variable in environment before generating the ecos build
tree.
