[ECOS] LCD display device output

Hello from Gregg C Levine
New project time.
Can the I386 platform be extended to present information via an LCD
display? Ordinary Linux can be extended to allow this, via a number of
already GPL covered projects.
 (Part number, and manufacturer name to be selected later.)
