[ECOS] ecos on Intel PXA 250?

Not in Red Hat.

Intel have cobbled together a RedBoot only port to the PXA250. It's nothing
to do with us and due to some licence complications won't be in the main
sources so will be left to bit-rot. Sorry. Talk to Intel and ask them to
resolve this with Red Hat.
