[ECOS] GDB download

Hi,

I have built GDB stub for EB40 using eCos 2.08 and latest ecos source. The gdb_moudule.img is generated. 

Can I use ARM Debugger to burn it directly into EB40 with Angel? 
When I did this, the programming is hang on.
Anyone can help me?
