[ECOS] How to use ecos-latest.tar.gz?

Hi, there,

I downloaded ecos-latest.tar.gz from ftp://ftp.skynet.ie/cvs/.
I uncompressed it and put the "examples", "host", and "packages" folders
under
C:\Program Files\Red Hat\eCos Configuration Tool
(Which is the home directory of eCos Configuration Tool 2.0.8)

Am I right? Could the gz file be used with configtool-2.08-setup.exe?
