[ECOS] Error Message when I install net-1_01b1.epk

gunzip should be provided by your cygwin installation. If you are
using current net cygwin then you will need to install the gzip
package. See http://sources.redhat.com/cygwin/ and
http://cygwin.com/packages/ for more details.
