[ECOS] ARM e7t writing to serial board

        Hi,

        On, ARM e7t we have two serail ports.  One port  is
        used for redboot commands.  I wish to write and read
        from other serial port.
        I am not understanding, where exactly I should look
        for write/read e7t APIs

        Can any one help me ?
