[ECOS] lwip update

Hi
there's a new lwip.epk at http://humans.iv.ro/jani
It is a resync with lwIP CVS + some fixes and some cleanups.Also
the package now installs under net/ like the two other BSD stacks.
Tested with latest eCos CVS code and works fine.No more low level driver tweaking
because that part was recently taken care of by Jonathan and Gary.
