[ECOS] When I can't access the cvs behind the firewall, how can I getthe snapshot version of eCos

It seems that ftp://ftp.skynet.ie/cvs is still down. If David Airlie
doesn't think it will be fixed soon, I'll see about getting snapshots on
sources.redhat.com as well. 

Up till now I've preferred the "redundancy" of having it somewhere else on
the net.
