[ECOS] redboot commands list different from those of redhat's binary

Because eCos (and hence, RedBoot) are configurable systems :-)

The basic RedBoot template does not include FLASH support (since not all
platforms have it).  Try adding the FLASH package:
  % ecosconfig add flash
  % ecosconfig tree
