[ECOS] return code: ecos thread and POSIX thread

Hi,

Please correct me if I am wrong.

In eCos, cyg_mutex_lock returns 1 (true) if
successful.

In pthread (POSIX), pthread_mutex_lock returns 0 (no
error) if successful.

What is the reason to make them different? Thank you.
