[ECOS] eCos debugging using GDB over Ethernet

Hi All,

I am using eCos on a custom MPC860 based board, and I'm not really happy 
with the way that gdb is working with our target.
The main problem is that the interface from the host to the target is 
unreliable. Specifically, I occasionally lose the connection to my target 
in the middle of a debugging session for no apparent reason. This is 
probably caused by some problem with the port of eCos to our board so I'm 
planning on spending some time trying to track this down over the next few 
weeks.

Before I launch into this I'd greatly appreciate any comments or advice 
that anybody is able to provide that may provide me with some guidance in 
this area.
