[ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: cygport-0.10.14-1

I have just released cygport-0.10.14 for the Cygwin distribution and the 
Fedora Cygwin repository.  This is another bugfix release for those 
using the stable branch.

Changes in this release (4):
       Restore compatibility with older coreutils
       ruby: fix compatibility with Ruby 1.9.x
       debuginfo: handle illegal debug source filenames
       cygport 0.10.14
