shortcut settings (was Re: emacs issues)

After the rave review I thought I'd give it a try. Just typing:

 rxvt.exe

works OK. But when I try:

 rxvt.exe -e bash -login

I get:

 failed to load an X lib (cygX11-6, libX11)

Any ideas?
