rebuild rpm-4.1 from sources

    i need to recompile rpm-4.1 from sources but when it is trying to 
compile in db3/lock i have :

i could build it from sources with release of one month ago but i have 
updated since and now i can't recompile it anymore.
Does anyone konw why i have this error ?
