cygcheck does not work if the mount point is mounted with -X option

mount -x -b c:/cygwin/bin/cygcheck.exe /bin/cygcheck.exe
mount -x -b c:/cygwin/bin/cygcheck /bin/cygcheck
You need to do the same thing for strace.
