problem with cygnus B20

I just installed it, and I don't know what I did, but it doesn't recognize 
any commands, I type grep dir or anything it says no command, it only does 
cd

and my prompt went from
BASH.EXE-2.02$
to
home/CYGNUS/CYGWIN~1/H-I586~1/BIN/BASH.EXE-2.02$
could that be part of the problem?
