Times (user, system, real)

Hi all,

How could I obtain time statistics about the current process under cygwin ?
I'd like to have the user/system and real (i.e. elapsed) time. I tried to use 
getrusage() but I always get 0 and with times() the user time is incorrect.
Some advices ?
