That looks promising.  ino_t isn't used very often inside of Cygwin,
rortunately.  I'd say, check it in.

d_ino is now the former __d_reserved[2], I guess?  And old_d_ino is then
the former d_ino obviously.

Did you also change the __DIRENT_VERSION?
