Built arm-none-eabi with multilib for x86_64-unkown-linux-gnu with crosstool-ng-1.14.0

I managed to build arm-none-eabi with multilib for
x86_64-unkown-linux-gnu with crosstool-ng-1.14.0.

My .config file is attached.
