m68k-elf... success finally

I'm happy to tell you that I've managed to sucessfully compiled gcc-2.95.2
for m68k-elf using c,c++

Many thanks to everybody who helped me and to Kai in particular

As promised I'll write some documentation (HOWTO to compile this particular
target using this version of compiler) including a patch for making things
run smoothly

I'll send it (once it is finished) to this list.
