Well. As per https://sourceware.org/pipermail/binutils/2026-September/thread.html
you sent each part (incl cover letter) as a reply to their earlier instances.
First, new versions shouldn't be sent as replies to earlier ones. Then they
should also be tagged accordingly (presumably v2 here). And finally the patches
want to be replies to the cover letter, so that things thread correctly.
