Sorry, I missed the earlier submission. 

Zvabd is now in the "Freeze" state:

The only change since then is the mnemonic. I think it's time to move this forward,
the GCC patch is ready, but it's blocked waiting for binutils to land first.

Jiawei, could you help pick this up?
