Deleted. Local push script adjusted to *not do that again*. Mea culpa.
(This isn't an attempt at private branches, really -- it's an attempt to
work more in public on the giant heap of commits that will become CTFv4,
which will fairly soon get sent out for review. They're intended to be
public, they're just not upstream yet.)
