Are these regressions? It looks to me as if both tests would have been in their
present shape for quite a long time. The latter test also looks to be run only
when native in a RISC-V system, which - without any further data provided -
would then limit the set of people who can possibly look into this quite a bit.
(Cc-ing the maintainers for this reason.)

IOW - while they want fixing, neither of these look to be release critical.
This then likely extends to at least s390's similar failure of the latter of
the above tests.
