Okay, changed for v2. It just wasn't clear to me whether externally uses
of that section might exist (and we cared about such).

Then again we also have .note.gnu.build-id. As opposed to .note.GNU-stack,
for example.

While I have your attention - do you have any insight into the PPC aspect
mentioned in one of the remarks?
