The mis-spelled section should be removed.  At the time it was added
(commit 7ecf0250f7f0) there were no occurrences of .note.gnu-property
in the source, but plenty of .note.gnu.property strings.  It might
have been better to name the section .note.gnu-property originally,
for consistency with other .note.gnu-* sections but we're stuck with
the name now.
