Need to update the config.guess and config.sub since riscv[32|64]be are recognized recently?

Hi Guys,

We got the RISC-V big-endian patches for binutils recently [1], and
the config.guess and config.sub files are already updated to recognize
the riscv[32|64]be targets [2].  Therefore, Is the time suitable for
updating the two config files for binutils?  It would be great if we
can add the RISC-V big-endian support for binutils before the release
branch is made.
