i assume most of these things are done server-side and thus require admin perms
that only a few people in the project have.  i'm not sure how one could help out
in that situation.

do the scripts or website live somewhere i'm not seeing ?
in projects i help manage, i tend to move the website to a git repo itself so
anyone can contribute.  the server side then has a hook to automatically reset
its checkout to the latest.
