The intent was that you would apply it. But that does assume that you
have write permission. So instead I will apply the patches for you.
In the future, if you are submitting a patch and do not have write
permission on the relevant repository then it would be helpful to
include a sentence along the lines of "if approved, please could it be
applied". It just means that I know that it needs to be applied by me.
By the way, what tends to happen, at least for the binutils, is that
after several patch submissions, you will be asked if you would like to
have write permission so that you can apply the patches yourself...
