[PATCH] Add gnu global outputs to .gitignore

Makes sense to me (and I'd like to add "ID", which is generated by GNU
idutils).

However I was wondering, given the other patch you sent, if your intent
was to sync this file with gcc?  Like, should this (and my hypothetical
"ID" patch), go to gcc first?  Or was the idea to have the binutils-gdb
.gitignore be a superset of gcc's?
