BFD assertion failure error in elf32-arm.c

The 2.29.0 release of the binutils is really old now.  I would strongly recommend
upgrading to a newer release (eg 2.35) as the problem has almost certainly been
fixed by now.

Sorry, I do not know.  But if you find that the problem does still exist
after trying out the latest sources then please do file a bug report[1] so
that we investigate further.  Including a test case to reproduce the 
problem will really help.
