[4/4, committed] Assembler tests for Nios II R2

This patch adds new assembler tests for Nios II R2.  In addition to
tests for the new R2-specific instructions, there are new *-r2.d files
for the existing tests to check the new R2 encodings of the R1
instruction subset.  None of the new R2-specific tests require R2
hardware as they all just check that assembling/disssembling the test
cases produces the expected output.
