source code of readelf

Actually,yes i Do have that copy.To be precise i downloaded the file
"binutils-2.9.1.tar".
however,I didn find any file of the name readelf.c(although i found
files of  other binary utils like objdump.c etc).
Can you suggest anything regarding this?and how  i may get that particular file?
