source code of readelf

Get hold of a copy of the binutils sources.  For details on how to do 
this see this web page:

   http://www.gnu.org/software/binutils/binutils.html

Then look at the file binutils/readelf.c in these sources.  This is not 
the entire source code for the readelf program, but it is the main part.
