[PATCH] New target vx32

Yes, but...

   1) There are no ChangeLog entries to accompany this patch.

   2) The patch to the top level config.sub file has to be submitted to 
a different project:  <config-patches@gnu.org>

Please could you take care of these two details and resubmit the patch ?

Not for now, but if the vx32 target gets more complicated then we would 
certainly like a maintainer and if you are still willing when/should 
this happen then we would be very happy to have you on-board.
