[PATCH] New target vx32

I'm attaching a short patch for a new x86-based target, 'vx32', for the vx32 virtual environment (see http://pdos.csail.mit.edu/~baford/vm/ for more info).  Could I get this patch incorporated into binutils?  I'll volunteer as "maintainer" for the vx32 target if you need one, but it's a pretty trivial target at least at this point.
