[committed] Minor hppa testsuite update

[John David Anglin]

The enclosed tests each contain at least one PA 1.1 instruction and
thus the tests fail if instruction promotion is disabled.  As these
tests are not intended to test PA 1.0 to 1.1 promotion, they should
contain a correct .level directive.

Tested on hppa-unkonown-linux-gnu.
